Consent to Opt-in to Messaging Services
PJs Rebar, a rebar manufacturing company, primarily accepts orders from clients via telephone. These orders are subsequently entered into our system and fabricated on an as-needed basis.
After order placement, clients are contacted by telephone to be notified of order readiness for pickup.
Approximately one week after the initial notification, we may contact the client again to inquire about order pickup. During this contact, we will verbally request the client's consent to receive future communications via SMS text messaging. If consent is granted, the client will be asked to provide a phone number for SMS messaging. This number will be entered into our automated system to facilitate ongoing order-related communications until the order is picked up or closed out.
Clients who decline consent to SMS messaging will continue to be contacted via traditional telephone calls until the order is picked up or closed out.
PJs Rebar will utilize the provided phone number solely for the purpose of order-related SMS messaging and will not share this information with any third-party entities. The information will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Clients retain the right to revoke their consent to SMS messaging at any time.
